Every Inga Africa piece is handcrafted with care and prepared for delivery to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Estimated Delivery
- Within South Africa: 2–5 working days
- International: 5–10 working days
For handcrafted pieces made to order, please allow 6–8 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@ingaafrica.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.
Please note that made-to-order, bespoke, personalised, and custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or refund unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Inga Africa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

| Exterior Features & Hardware | • Main opening is secured by a continuous gold-toned metal zipper running across the entire top length of the bag. • Hand carrying is supported by two tall, structured rolled leather handles securely stitched into front and back panels. • Includes a matching tan leather wrap-around strap with a metal stud to fasten the two handles together. • Equipped with a wide, adjustable tan leather shoulder strap that anchors to inner side tabs via gold lobster clasps. • Flat, structured rectangular bottom features four gold-toned metal feet. • Completed with a front center base gold-plated "I" logo emblem and a removable leather luggage tag/clochette embossed with "INGA AFRICA". |
